An evaluation of response scale formats of the culture assessment instrument.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the nature of organisational culture and the most effective response scale for assessing organisational culture. The study also aimed to establish which response scale format would yield the best metric characteristics for use in organisational culture instruments.
