Work deals with the current theme of the Middle and Small Companies in the Czech economy and problems in setting up marketing strategies.The teoretical part is applied to small family company AKORDEN SERVICE DELICIA producing accordions. After a detailed situational analysis of the company follow the recommended strategies for maintaining competitiveness and to enter new markets.
