Spotřební chování na trhu s elektronikou / Consumer behavior on the electronics market

The aim of this thesis was to do consumer behaviour research on the electronics market. This thesis is specialized on the mobile phone market. According to the results of consumer research were proposed the recommendations for improving the current situation. These were made by O2 Czech Republic.
