The master´s thesis is focus on controlling of the company Kovoprojekta Brno a.s. The first part focuses on a summary of theoretical knowledge relating to methods of controlling. The second section describes the methods and ways of controlling of the chosen company. The last section contains the recommended proposal for improving the current system of controlling.
