The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for an expansion of an existing company that is engaged in emission measurement. The business plan is based on the external and internal analyses of the company. Theoretical part deals with individual terms, methods and indicators. Practical part includes further familiarization with the company and an establishment of the business plan for new business premises. At the end, the plan is evaluated and future plans of the company are outlined.
