This work deals with corporate strategy and strategic management, which should be applied to improve company situation. The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of corporate strategy for the company ELECO VEP CZ s.r.o. The theoretical part is focuses on the study of Czech and world literature. This part compared the opinions of various authors on the issue. Space is devoted to the analysis of internal, external and departmental environments, models and tools used for the formulation of strategy and proper implementation of the strategy. In the practical part, the author deals with strategic analysis of the company ELECO VEP CZ s.r.o. and on the basis of the analysis developed models are suitable for the formulation of the strategy. Author used modelling method which was used to create new strategy. The final outcome of this work was to summarize recommendations for the company and create a graphical model of the proposed strategy.
