Diverzita slíďáků (Araneae: Lycosidae) vyskytujících se na agrárních terasách Znojemska

The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of species diversity of the spider family Ly-cosidae in three locations near Znojmo: Nature Park Ječmeniště, Peklo u Šatova and Hnanice. In all the locations the specimens were collected on agricultural terraces used for cultivation of grapevine. The spiders were collected by the means of pitfall trapping. The traps were set on 8th May 2014 and collected on 5th June 2014, 3rd July 2014, 1st August 2014, 27th Sep-tember 2014 and 25th October 2014. Together there were 223 of Lycosidae spiders caught. 99 of them were juveniles and the remaining 223 were adults that were eventu-ally determined. Together there were detected 16 species belonging to 5 genera (Alope-cosa, Aulonia, Pardosa, Trochosa and Xerolycosa). The most significant finding is the finding of Pardosa bifasciata species, which is abundant only in warm areas. Although this species was collected in Peklo u Šatova and in Hnanice, it was not detected in NP Ječmeniště. None of the species collected in the three locations is listed in the Red List of Threatened Species of the Czech Republic.
