Formulace podnikové strategie / Business Strategy Formulation

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the inner and outer environment of a given company and to formulate a concrete strategy using the methods of strategic management. In the theoretical part of the thesis the most important terms of strategic management are presented. In the practical part of the thesis a situation analysis is done, using the stakeholder analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, analysis of strategy maps, identification of sources and competencies and analysis of competitiveness. Synthesis of the partial outcomes of the different analyses is provided by SWOT analysis.
The chosen organization has been found to be weakly competitive. After taking into consideration the positive development of the czech economy and other opportunities from the outer environment it is recommended to enlarge the spectrum of available services and to eliminate the other organization's weaknesses. Also the individual strategic goals and other recommendations are outlined. The formulated strategy is a development of the existing products in the current market.
