The aim of my diploma thesis was an analysis of production processes with regard to the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and concept of appropriate measures for improvement. In the theoretical part I describe Logistics Technologies and different elements of Lean Production. In the second part of thesis I describe practical implementation of certain methods of Lean Manufacturing, namely the method of Kanban and 5S. In conclusion, the work evaluates the overall effectiveness of the newly implemented system .
