The thesis is a result of a 2-year floristic mapping (vegetation seasons 2007 and 2008) of basin of river Otava in the sector Strakonice {--} Zátavský most near Hradiště. The thesis includes characteristic of various vegetation biotopes, phytocoenosic recording, a short description and evaluation of distinctive species occurrence. A characteristic of area of interest geomorphologic, geologic, hydrologic, soil, climatic and other conditions) is provided in the form of a literary recherche.
