[pt] O objetivo desta pesquisa é levantar sentidos para o uso do dispositivo móvel celular como meio, no processo de ensino/aprendizagem, para educadores/gestores de espaços formativos. Esta pesquisa parte da experiência de três anos no projeto Oi Kabum! Imagine-se Laboratórios de Arte e Tecnologia na Escola, com educadores da Rede Pública de Ensino de diversos segmentos, onde surge a presença do dispositivo móvel celular, e uma revisita ao trabalho de alguns destes educadores, anos depois. Sob a gestão do CECIP Centro de Criação de Imagem popular, ela é conduzida pela pesquisadora enquanto coordenadora, tomando por base a abordagem metodológica Design em Parceria, praticada na PUC-Rio. Apresentamos como objeto de pesquisa o celular como mobilizador e co-movedor de leituras e escritas multimodais em processos formativos, compreendendo-o como um potente parceiro na produção criativa de conteúdo e de interação entre agentes do processo, ocupando seu lugar no contexto atual da cultura digital. A pesquisa foi dividida entre pesquisa bibliográfica, apresentação de experiências na formação de professores e gestores, e pesquisa qualitativa-interpretativa com questionário via whatsapp. A pesquisa aponta para o uso do dispositivo móvel celular como veículo e meio de materializar leituras e escritas multimodais, promovendo interações e participação entre os sujeitos; para a abordagem metodológica Design em Parceria como um potente aliado em parceria com a Educação; e para a inclusão dos princípios da percepção para o desenvolvimento do pensamento complexo e criativo na formação de educadores, que podem expandir seus planejamentos com seus estudantes. / [en] The objective of this research is to raise meanings for the use of the cellular mobile device as a means, in the teaching / learning process, for educators / managers of formative spaces. This research builds on the three-year experience in the Oi Kabum! Imagine Laboratories of Art and Technology in the School, with educators from the Public Education Network of several segments, where the presence of the cellular mobile device appears, focusing on revisiting some of these educators, years later. Under the management of the CECIP Popular Image Creation Center, it is conducted by the researcher as a coordinator, based on the methodological approach of Design in Partnership, practised at PUC-Rio. As its research object, the cellular mobile device is seen as a mobilizer and co-mover of multimodal readings and writings in formative processes, understanding it as a potent partner in the creative production of content and interaction between agents of the process, and occupying its place in the current context of digital culture. The research was divided between theoretical research, presentation of experiences in the training of teachers and managers, and qualitative interpretative research with a questionnaire answered via whatsapp. Regarding results, this research points to the use of the cellular mobile devices as a vehicles and means which materialize multimodal readings and writing, promoting interactions and participation among the subjects. Also, it indicates the methodological approach Design in Partnership as a powerful ally in partnership with Education and the inclusion of the principles of perception for the development of complex and creative thinking in the training of educators who can expand their planning with their students.
