Etudier l’orientation professionnelle et scolaire des élèves ingénieur au sein d’un dispositif combinant l’apport d’internet dans l’élaboration de l’e-portfolio de compétences, a amené à prendre en compte la formation humaine des élèves ingénieurs, l’analyse de l’expérience et compétences, les récits biographiques et l’orientation réflexive continue par internet. Cette problématique nous a conduit à porter un intérêt particulier sur les liens possibles entre la dynamique des groupes et la réflexivité à l’heure du web. Dans ce dernier concept, le rôle central du dialogue avec autrui dans ses aspects émotionnels est dominant dans un travail réflexif du récit d’orientation. Suivant les situations étudiées, ce dialogue semble facilité avec l’apport d’internet. Internet est envisagé comme un environnement réciproque entre support d’apprentissage familier et distant. Il semble se positionner comme un puissant outil d’expression de l’expérience subjective en savoir réfléchi. / To study the vocational and school guidance of the pupils engineer within a device combining the contribution of internet in the elaboration of the e-portfolio of skills, brought to take into account the human training of the pupils engineers, the analysis of the experience and the skills, the bibliographic narratives and the reflexive continuous orientation by internet.
