Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложений. В работе предлагаются пути решения проблемы объектов незавершенного строительства на примере торгово-делового центра «Европейский». На основе проведенного анализа рынка коммерческой недвижимости была разработана новая концепция проекта как многофункционального комплекса, предложены сценарии реализации проекта, построена финансово-экономическая модель обоснования вложений инвестиций в данный проект с учетом параметров внешнего окружения в сфере коммерческой недвижимости и проведен анализ полученных результатов. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. The paper suggests ways to solve the problem of objects of unfinished construction on the example of the European trade and business center. Based on the analysis of the commercial real estate market, a new concept of the project as a multifunctional complex was developed, project implementation scenarios were proposed, a financial and economic model was built to justify investments in this project, taking into account the parameters of the external environment in the field of commercial real estate, and the results were analyzed.
