The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used. The first chapter presents the theoretical aspects of the insurance business research and its digital transformation. The second chapter presents an analysis of the conjuncture and digitalization of the Russian insurance market in 2021-2023; describes the characteristics of Ingosstrakh Joint Venture, evaluates its main 7 financial and economic indicators, and analyzes the digital transformation of its activities. The third chapter describes the problems of digital transformation, as well as practical recommendations for improving the digitalization of the activities of Ingosstrakh Joint Venture. In conclusion, the general results are summarized, conclusions based on the results of the study are formulated. / Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение и список использованных источников. В первой главе представлены теоретические аспекты исследования страхового бизнеса и его цифровой трансформации. Во второй главе представлен анализ конъюнктуры и цифровизации российского страхового рынка в 2021-2023 гг.; изложена характеристика СПАО «Ингосстрах», оценены его основные финансово-экономические показатели, выполнен анализ цифровой трансформации его деятельности. В третьей главе описаны проблемы цифровой трансформации, а также даны практические рекомендации по совершенствованию цифровизации деятельности СПАО «Ингосстрах». В заключении подводятся общие итоги, формулируются выводы по результатам исследования.
