Цель диссертационного исследования - поиск оптимального инструмента для дистанционного анализа банков, оценки их финансового состояния, а также предложение мероприятий по улучшению их финансового состояния.
В соответствии с целью были поставлены следующие задачи:
- проведение оценки финансового состояния ООО«РЕНЕССАНС
КРЕДИТ»;
- изучение деятельности коммерческих банков в целом;
- разработка рекомендаций по улучшению финансового состояния коммерческого банка.
Объект исследования в данной работе - российская банковская система, финансовое состояние коммерческого банка.
Анализ финансового состояния коммерческого банка на основании финансовой отчетности, называемый внешним или дистанционным, является предметом данной работы.
Базой для исследования является ООО«РЕНЕССАНС КРЕДИТ».
Нормативно-правовая база исследования: нормативно-правовые акты и законы РФ «О банках и банковской деятельности», отечественная литература, статьи из журналов, материалы баз данных КонсультантПлюс и Гарант,материалы сети Интернет.
В ходе диссертационного исследования будут решены следующие задачи:
- проведение оценки финансового состояния ООО«РЕНЕССАНС
КРЕДИТ»;
- выявление факторов и причин достигнутого состояния;
- выявление резервов улучшения финансового состояния и повышения эффективности хозяйственной деятельности;
- апробирование существующей методики анализа финансового состояния на материалах банка. / The purpose of the dissertation research is to find the optimal tool for remote analysis of banks, assess their financial condition, and also offer measures to improve their financial condition.
In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were set:

- study of the activities of commercial banks in general;
- development of recommendations for improving the financial condition of a commercial bank.
The object of research in this work is the Russian banking system, the financial condition of a commercial bank.
Analysis of the financial condition of a commercial bank on the basis of financial statements, called external or remote, is the subject of this work. The basis for the study is LLC “RENAISSANCE CREDIT”. Regulatory and legal framework of research: regulatory legal acts and laws of the Russian Federation “On banks and banking activity”, Russian literature, journal articles, materials of the Consultant Plus and Garant databases, Internet materials.
During the dissertation research the following tasks will be solved:
- assessment of the financial condition of LLC “RENAISSANCE” CREDIT";
- identification of factors and causes of the achieved state;
- identification of reserves to improve the financial condition and improve the efficiency of economic activity;
- testing of the existing method of financial analysis on the bank materials.
