Bezpodporový 3D tisk na 6-ti osém robotickém rameni / Supportless 3D print by 6-axis robotic arm

Krejčiřík, Petr January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the solution 3D printing by KUKA robotic arm without realization of supporting structures. The 6-axis KUKA KR 60HA robotic arm allows adjusting 3D printing strategies compared to classical 3D printing concept. The first part of the diploma thesis is about the identification of the current state of knowledge, especially the state of the experimental device for the robotic 3D print. To improve quality of the printed is necessary to modify the printing head and develop the suitable calibration principle. Special printing strategies were designed to rearch the 3D printing overhead volumes without creating support structure. A special alghoritm in the Grasshopper evnironment was developed for generating 3D print trajectory on the body surface. For the quality improvement it is necessary to optimize the process parameters. The final step is experimental 3D printing with the evaluation of surface dimensions, geometric precision and layer coherence in various printing strategies.

Stanovení mechanických vlastností materiálů používaných pro 3D tisk / Determination of the mechanical properties of materials used for 3D printing

Černý, Martin January 2019 (has links)
The thesis deals with the determination of mechanical properties of materials used for 3D printing (ABS, nylon and PLA). Standardized samples produced using a 3D printer using the Fused Deposition Modeling method were subsequently used for mechanical testing. The work is also extended to determine the mechanical properties of samples made by Soft Tooling. For the production of Soft Tooling samples, polyurethane resins SG 2000 and SG 145 were used. Individual materials were analyzed by mechanical tests (tensile test and hardness test). Surface integrity parameters have also been determined for 3D-printed materials. Parameters were selected from the individual tests (tensile strength, modulus of elasticity) ductility and hardness), which were subsequently statistically processed. The work is concluded by evaluating the results obtained, which were compared with the values given in material sheets.

Inteligentní programovatelné razítko na bázi inkoustového tisku / Intelligent Programmable Stamp Based on Inkjet Print

Crha, Adam January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with a concept and physical prototype of an intelligent, electronically programmable stamp, based on inkjet print. The stamp is basically a small inkjet printer. The stamp can print a simple custom text and is meant to replace regular office stamps. The benefit of the proposed stamp should include cost reduction and need for multiple stamps. The theoretical concept is followed by a prototype, which is an essential part of this work.

Otočný stolek k 3D skeneru / Rotary table for 3D scanner

Suchý, Lukáš January 2020 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the 3D scanning. This thesis explain methods of reversal engineering with a special aim for technical disciplines. Also some examples are being given. Next part deals with the 3D scanning technology and focuses on separation of scanners to a different groups and associated technology. Basically the scanning methods are separable to destructive and non-destructive groups. An images are obtained by 3D scan, its problematics and z-axis acquisition follow in next part of the thesis. Afterwards some key parameters suitable for selection of scanning systems are selected. A scanner "David SLS2" and its basic parameters, manipulation, service and calibrating process is being described. Last part deals with function and construction of rotating table used together with the 3D scanner David SLS2.

Optimalizace konstrukce bezpilotního prostředku vyráběného technologií Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) / Structural optimization of 3D-printed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

Sladký, Martin January 2021 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the design of the internal wing structure of 3D printed flying wing VUT 714. As a part of this work was performed a load calculation, static strenght test, comparative FEM analysis and subsequently topology optimization was performed. The outcome of this master thesis is a rational design of the wing internal structure based on the load calculation and knowledge of effect of this load on the structure.

Lepení FDM 3D tištěných dílů z PLA / Gluing of FDM 3d printed parts from PLA

Šlimar, Filip January 2021 (has links)
The thesis deals with the theory of 3D printing, materials for printing and bonding. It focuses on FDM printing and PLA material. It also compares gluing with other methods and deals with the distribution of adhesives, the gluing procedure and tests of glued joints. The work, based on literature studies, proposes an experiment to evaluate selected adhesives. The practical part contains a description, results and evaluation of the experiment. The evaluation of adhesives is based on tensile and shear strength.

Analýza mechanických vlastností kompozitních materiálů vytisknutých aditivní technologií 3D tisku / Analysis of mechanical properties of composite materials printed by additive 3D printing technology

Mudrák, Michal January 2021 (has links)
This thesis deals with the analysis of mechanical properties of composite materials used for 3D printing by Markforged company. The theoretical part is focused on the characterization of composite materials and analysis of mechanical tests. The experimental part deals with the production of test specimens for specific mechanical tests (tensile test, Shore D hardness test and bending test). The test sapples with Onyx base material are individually reinforced with carbon and high-temperature glass fibers (HSHT). There are statistically evaluated selected parameters for individual mechanical tests (tensile strength, elongation, modulus of elasticity, Shore D hardness, bending stress and bending deformation). The thesisis completed by comparing selected parameters of composite materials with overall recommendations for users.

Analýza mechanických vlastností plastových vzorků zhotovených technologií 3D tisku / Analysis of mechanical properties of plastic samples produced by 3D printing technology

Jiroušek, Jan January 2021 (has links)
The master's thesis deals with the determination of mechanical properties of materials used for 3D printing (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA). The theoretical part contains characteristics of polymer materials and describes testing of mechanical properties and additive technologies. In the experimental part, the standardized samples produced by the technology Fused Filament Fabrication were analysed using mechanical tests (tensile test and hardness test). Some of the examples were exposed to the selected factors of degradation. Selected parameters from mechanical testing (tensile strength, modulus of elasticity in tension, elongation and Shore hardness) were statistically processed. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the impact of the factors of degradation on particular materials and compares them subsequently.

Analýza teplotního profilu hot bed a hot end u 3D tiskárny pomocí CAE / Analysis of temperature profile of 3D printer hot bed and hot end by using CAE

Severa, Tomáš January 2014 (has links)
This master‘s thesis deals with 3D printing for non-commercial RepRap 3D printer type and materials used in printing. The outcome of this work is a brief introduction to 3D printing, the theory of heat transfer and analysis of the two most important parts of the printer hot bed and hot end. To analyze and optimize the temperature profile of the hot bed and hot end are used Computer Aided Engineering systems CAD and CAE, SolidWorks and SolidWorks Flow Simulation.

Reliéfy / Reliefs

Horčicová, Monika Unknown Date (has links)
This master´s thesis consists of three relief objects composed from femur bones. The first relief object is geodetic structure applied to the shape of a sphere. The following two are deformed by softening the material from which they are cast. The second relief object also works with geometry (a square at the base) and systematic folding bones according to a clear order. The third relief can directly interfere with the viewer - the individual femurs contain every two magnets and therefore can move freely with them after the metal plate.
