Os espa?os naturais v?m sendo alvo de diversas atividades antr?picas, o que ocasiona uma s?rie de impactos ambientais. Dentre eles pode-se citar os dep?sitos de res?duos s?lidos a c?u aberto, passivos ambientais que necessitam de planos de recupera??o. A presen?a de banco de semente, pl?ntulas, brota??es e vegeta??o potencializam os processos de recupera??o, entretanto, a presen?a de esp?cies ex?ticas com car?ter invasor minimizam o processo devido a sua alta competitividade quando comparadas a esp?cies nativas, sobrevivendo e reproduzindo nas mais diversas condi??es de estresses ambientais. Neste sentido, foi escolhida como ?rea de estudo, o dep?sito de res?duos s?lidos de Diamantina, desativado em 2002, situado no Campus Juscelino Kubitscheck, da Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, regi?o do Alto Jequitinhonha, Minas Gerais. O presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar o melhor controle de gram?neas invasoras dos g?neros Melinis e Urochloa por meio de diferentes m?todos: manual, mec?nica, qu?mica e qu?mica + mec?nica, assim como a aplica??o de um m?todo n?o destrutivo, por meio de uso de imagens digitais analisadas pelo software ImageJ para an?lise do comportamento de tais esp?cies na ?rea degradada. Metodologicamente, conduziu-se o experimento por delineamento em blocos casualizados em 4 blocos, subdivididos em 16 parcelas com 4 tratamentos em cada e 4 repeti??es por bloco. A coleta da biomassa de gram?neas regenerantes frescas ocorreu ap?s 100 dias dos m?todos com aux?lio de uma moldura de ferro, com dimens?es de 1,0 x 1,0 m, em tr?s locais predefinidos em cada parcela, totalizando tr?s amostras coletadas por parcela e quarenta e oito amostras por bloco. As imagens utilizadas para an?lise e processamento no software ImageJ foram obtidas com a mesma moldura localizada nos locais predefinidos em cada parcela para os 4 blocos experimentais ap?s 100 dias dos diferentes tipos de m?todos. Os dados processados resultaram em uma varia??o entre os diferentes tipos de m?todos empregados. Obteve-se um menor controle na produ??o de biomassa fresca quando se utilizou controle mec?nico, seguido pela combina??o do m?todo mec?nico + qu?mico. Os m?todos qu?mico e manual apresentaram menores valores de produ??o de biomassa fresca enquanto a produ??o de mat?ria seca n?o apresentou diferen?a significativa estatisticamente. Os dados processados pelo software resultaram em n?tida varia??o entre os m?todos utilizados, com menor porcentagem de cobertura do substrato pelas esp?cies invasoras quando se utilizou controle qu?mico, seguido pelo m?todo manual. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncia Florestal, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / The environment for the inappropriate use causes a break in the natural dynamics of the ecosystem, damaging it in general all the elements that compose it. Natural spaces come target of various human activities, which causes a number of environmental impacts. Among them we can mention the deposits of solid waste in the open, environmental liabilities that require recovery plans. The presence of seed bank, seedlings, shoots and vegetation in enhancing the recovery process, however, the presence of exotic species with invasive character minimize the process due to its high competitiveness when compared to native species, surviving and reproducing in various conditions environmental stresses. In this sense, it was chosen as the study area, the solid waste open dumping site of Diamantina town, disabled in 2002, located in the Campus Juscelino Kubitschek of the Federal University of Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys, Upper Jequitinhonha Valley, Minas Gerais. This study aimed to evaluate the best control invasive grasses the Melinis and Urochloa genres through different methods: manual, mechanical, chemical and chemical + mechanical, as well as the application of a non-destructive method, through use of images digital analyzed by ImageJ software for analysis of such kinds of behavior in the degraded area. Methodologically, the experiment was conducted by a randomized block design in 4 blocks, divided into 16 plots with 4 treatments each and 4 replicates per block. The gathered of fresh biomass regenerating grasses occurred after 100 days of weeding with the help of a 1.0 x 1.0 m iron frame in three pre-defined locations in each plot, with three samples per plot and forty and eight samples per block. The images used for analysis in ImageJ software and processing were obtained with the same frame located at the predefined locations in each plot for experimental 4 block after 100 days the different methods. The processed data resulting in a variation between the different types of methods employed. It was obtained less control in the production of fresh biomass when using mechanical control, followed by combining the mechanical + chemical method was obtained. Chemical and manual methods had lower fresh biomass production values while the production of dry matter did not show statistically significant difference. The data processed by the software resulted in a sharp variation in the methods used, with a lower percentage of substrate coverage by invasive species when using chemical control, followed by the manual method. The mechanical method and chemical + mechanical treatment showed the highest percentage of coverage of invasive species statistically.

River Valley (12o34? to 12?36? S - 41o22? to 41?35? W), in the municipality of Len??is, Bahia State, Brazil, after 23 years of abandonment and natural regeneration and compared them to an area of intact gallery forest along the same river. The collections were made between the months of April and December/2011 along 1 x 100 m transects established in each of the seven areas, applying the point method. A previously compiled species list was used to compare the seven recovering areas with an intact riverine forest site. A total of 62 species were encountered, distributed among 53 genera and 26 families. The families demonstrating the greatest species richness were Leguminosae (16), Poaceae (11), Cyperaceae (7), Melastomataceae (6), Malvaceae (4), and Lycopodiaceae (2). The sum of the richnesses of these families represented fully 74% of the total number of species recorded in the present study. In terms of the plant habits, 11 species (15%) were arboreal, 17 (26%) shrubs, 28 (42%) herbaceous, 07(11%) sub-shrubs, and 04 (6%) vines. The species demonstrating the greatest Relative Vigor and Cover were Sebastiania corniculata, Aristida setifolia, and Homolepis aturensis. The slow natural regeneration of these areas was apparently due to the modification of the soil structure by the mechanized mining, as judged by the greater similarity (although low) between the areas regenerating for the longest periods and the intact gallery forest site along the same river as performing solo one little more structured.c / Este trabalho verificou a composi??o flor?stica, estrutura e similaridade entre sete ?reas degradadas pelo garimpo de diamantes no vale do rio S?o Jos? (12o34? e 12?36? S - 41o22? e 41?35? W), munic?pio de Len??is, Bahia, ap?s decorridos 13 anos de registros sobre a regenera??o natural, e comparou com a floresta ciliar do mesmo rio. As coletas foram realizadas entre abril a dezembro de 2011 ao longo de um transecto de 1m x 100m em cada uma das ?reas onde foi aplicado o m?todo de pontos em cada uma das ?reas. Para comparar com o remanescente florestal do entorno, foi usada a lista de esp?cies da floresta ciliar elaborada previamente. Foram amostradas 62 esp?cies distribu?das em 53 g?neros e 26 fam?lias. As fam?lias com maior riqueza de esp?cies s?o Leguminosae (16), Poaceae (11), Cyperaceae (7), Melastomataceae (6), Malvaceae (4), Lycopodiaceae (2). O somat?rio da riqueza destas fam?lias representa 74% do total das esp?cies levantadas neste estudo. Em termos de h?bito foram encontradas 11 (15%) esp?cies arb?reas, 17 (26%) esp?cies arbustivas, 28 (42%) herb?ceas, 07(11%) subarbustivas e 04 (6%) trepadeiras. As esp?cies que mais se destacaram por Vigor Relativo e Cobertura foram Sebastiania corniculata, Aristida setifolia e Homolepis aturensis. A lenta regenera??o natural das ?reas se deve ?s m?s condi??o do solo que apresenta-se modificado pelas a??es do garimpo, tendo sido evidenciada uma maior similaridade, embora baixa, entre as ?reas de maior tempo de abandono que apresentam solo um pouca mais estruturado e o remanescente florestal ciliar do rio S?o Jos?.

Foi avaliada tamb?m a atividade microbiana: carbono da biomassa microbiana (CBM) respira??o microbiana (C-CO2) e quociente metab?lico (qCO2) ap?s aplica??o de cinco tratamentos: sem aplica??o de composto org?nico e diferentes concentra??es 0,0; 4,5; 9,0; 18,0 e 36,0 g dm-3 por cova. O delineamento foi sistem?tico tipo ?leque? sendo os tratamentos dispostos em tr?s blocos casualizados. A adi??o do composto proporcionou o aumento nos valores de pH, MO, SB, CTC, V e nutrientes (P, K, Ca2+ e Mg2+) e promoveu a redu??o de Al3+, H + Al e m. O substrato minerado apresentou valores elevados de Rp indicando a compacta??o na ?rea degradada pela extra??o de cascalho, mesmo ap?s a aplica??o do composto. A adi??o de doses crescentes do composto promoveu o aumento significativo de CBM e C-CO2 ao substrato minerado. O maior valor de qCO2 indicou efici?ncia da biomassa microbiana com a incorpora??o das menores doses do composto ao substrato quando comparado ao controle. O terceiro cap?tulo refere-se ao estudo do crescimento das esp?cies nativas Kielmeyera lathrophyton Saddi (Pau santo), Plathymenia reticulata Benth (Vinh?tico), Dalbergia miscolobium Benth (Jacarand? do cerrado) e Bowdichia virgilioides Kunth (Sucupira-preta) plantadas em delineamento sistem?tico tipo ?leque? submetidas a cinco tratamentos: sem aplica??o de composto org?nico e diferentes doses de composto 0,0; 4,5; 9,0; 18,0 e 36,0 g dm-3 por cova dispostos em tr?s blocos casualizados. Ap?s 12 meses, verificou-se que n?o houve diferen?a significativa entre os tratamentos para sobreviv?ncia e incremento em altura, di?metro e cobertura de copa para cada esp?cie. Ainda, de forma preliminar foi poss?vel determinar que a adi??o de 4,5 g dm-3 de composto na cova proporcionou maiores valores de incremento em altura, di?metro e cobertura de copa para Plathymenia reticulata e Bowdichia virgilioides. No quarto cap?tulo, foi realizado o plantio em linha de Chamaecrista debilis submetida a quatro tratamentos, 0,0; 30,0; 60,0 e 120,0 g dm-3 de composto como adubo por cova, dispostos em tr?s blocos casualizados. Os resultados indicaram que n?o houve diferen?a significativa entre as doses de composto aplicado para incremento em altura, di?metro e cobertura de copa. O maior valor de incremento em altura e cobertura de copa ocorreu sem a adi??o de composto de res?duo org?nico de ind?stria de fia??o e tecelagem e para di?metro com a aplica??o de 60,0 g dm-3, no entanto, ? necess?ria a realiza??o de avalia??es futuras. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncia Florestal, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2012. / ABSTRACT The objective of the work was to evaluate the effect of the use of composed of organic residue spinning industry and weaving on the quality of the substratum and growth of arboreal species of the thicket in a gravol-pit in the municipality of Diamantina, MG. The dissertation was structured in four chapters. Being the first, regarding the bibliographical revision seeking the understanding of the concepts and theoretical questions of what was borded in the study. In the second I chapter, the influence of the compound in the substratum was evaluated through the alterations in the chemical attributes (pH, organic matter (MO), sum of bases (SB), CTC, saturation for bases (V), match (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+), exchangeable acidity (Al3+), potential acidity (H + Al) and saturation for aluminum (m)) and physical (mechanical resistance the penetration (Rp) and texture) of the substratum. As well as in the microbial activity of the same: carbon of the microbial biomass (CBM) microbial breathing (C-CO2) and metabolic quotient (qCO2) after application of five treatments: without application of organic composition and different concentrations 0; 4,5; 9,0; 18,0 and 36,0 g dm-3 for hole. The delineation was systematic type "fan" being the treatments disposed in three blocks unexpected. The addition of the compound stimulated the increase in the pH values, MO, SB, CTC, V and nutritious (P, K, Ca2+ and Mg2+) and it promoted the reduction of Al3+, H + Al and m. The mined substratum presented high values of Rp indicating the compactation in the area degraded by the gravel extraction, even after the application of the composed. The addition of growing doses of the compound promoted the significant increase of CBM and C-CO2 to the mined substratum. The largest qCO2 value indicated efficiency of the microbial biomass with the incorporation of the smallest dosages of the compound to the substratum when compared to the control. The third chapter, refers to the study of the growth of the native species Kielmeyera lathrophyton Saddi (sacred Wood), Plathymenia reticulata Benth (Vinh?tico), Dalbergia miscolobium Benth (Jacaranda of the Thicket) and Bowdichia virgilioides Kunth (Sucupira-black) planted in delineation systematic type " fan " submitted to five treatments: without application of organic composition and different doses of compound 0,0; 4,5; 9,0; 18,0 and 36,0 g dm-3 for hole disposed in three blocks unexpected. After 12 months, it was verified that there was not significant difference among the treatments for survival and increment in height, diameter and top covering for each species. Still, in a preliminary way it was possible to determine that the addition of 45 g dm-3 of compound of organic residue of textile industry in the hole stimulated larger increment values in height, diameter and top covering for Plathymenia reticulata and Bowdichia virgilioides. In the fourth chapter, the planting was made in line of Chamaecrista debilis submitted to four treatments, 0,0; 30,0; 60,0 and 120,0 g dm-3 compound dm-3 as fertilizer for hole, disposed in three blocks inexpected. The results indicated that there was not significant difference among compound applied for increment in height and diameter. The largest increment value in height and diameter happened without the addition and with the application of 60,0 g dm-3 of compound of organic residue of textile industry, however it is necessary the accomplishment of future evaluations. The survival rate presented significant decrease with the application of the largest doses of organic compund. The species Chamaecrista debilis presented important characteristics for recovery of degraded area, as fast growth and biomass production.
