This thesis assesses market value of company Unipetrol a.s. by using income-based valuation method. The first part of this thesis includes strategic, financial and SWOT analysis. Afterwards particular valuation methods are applied. In conclusion statement of company value as of 31. 12. 2016 is reported.

This master´s thesis focuses on completing drat of financial plan of the company for years 2017-2020. The first chapter contains theoretical knowledge of financial planning. After there is an introduction of company, complete strategic and financial analysis for years 2012-2016. The crucial part of this thesis creates the draft of financial planning in two two versions. In the end there is an evaluation of them.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency of investment projects in transport infrastructure in the Czech Republic. The evaluation of road and motorway infrastructure projects is carried out according to the methodological documents of the Ministry of Transport, the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure and the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic. As changes in methodological procedures have taken place in recent years, the diploma thesis deals with the resulting values of economic efficiency indicators, especially with net present value. The thesis analyzes the basic calculation formula for the evaluation of road and motorway infrastructure, which is an integral part of the evaluation of road projects. There are also described fundamental methodological changes regarding, for example, the calculation of the residual value of the project at the end of the reference period or the change in the discount rate. The changes are applied to a case study of a specific section of the Czech transport industry. It evaluates their impact on the final value of the critical indicator of economic efficiency, which is the net present value.

The master´s thesis deals with the estimation of the value of a chosen company by using the income-based valuation method, especially by Discounted Cash Flow in variant entity. The theoretical part includes the basic theoretical framework needed to valuation of company. The practical part includes strategic, financial and SWOT analysis of company, prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and in conclusion, it estimations of the value company to date 31.12.2017.

This master thesis deals with determination of objectivized value of company based on results of strategic and financial analysis which are used as a basis for distribution of assets as an operationally needed and operationally not needed, setting of individual value generators and compiling of a financial plan. Using these bases, the objectivized value of the company will be determined using method discount cash flow entity and the economic value added.

This master´s thesis is focused on the proposal of a financial plan for the company Control Techniques Brno, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. In order to compile the financial plan, this thesis consist of a strategic and financial analysis for years 2014 – 2018. The financial plan for the period 2019 – 2022 will be completed in two variants – optimistics and pessimistics. The final part of this thesis includes evaluation and feedback of financial plan.
