Viskózní tlumič torzních kmitů plynového vidlicového šestnáctiválce / Viscous torsional vibration damper of a gas V-sixteen engine

Říha, Stanislav January 2010 (has links)
Master’s thesis with title Viscous torsional vibration damper of a gas v-sixteen engine deals with torsion vibrafon of the crankshaft and chance how to eliminated it. First part of diploma thesis containes calculation of torsion vibrafon without damper. In second part is added damper. In the end of this thesis is equaiont made of both parts.

Pětiválcový řadový vznětový motor s vyvažovací jednotkou / Five-cylinder in-line diesel engine with balancing unit

Navrátil, Zdeněk January 2011 (has links)
his diploma work themed: Five-cylinder in-line Diesel engine with balancing unit is dealing with analysis of balancing possible alternatives of arranging crankshaft, analysis of arranging counterweight, concept of balancing shaft, engineering design of crank-shaft, calculation of frequency, computational control of crank-shaft in light of torsional oscillations and proposal of dynamic pendulum damper.

Viskózní tlumič torzních kmitů čtyřválcového vznětového motoru / Viscous type vibration damper of a four-cylinder diesel engine

Bůžek, Václav January 2011 (has links)
The point of the dissertation is to describe the design of powertrain of four-cylinder diesel engine equipped with vibration damper. After estimating the discreet model of powertrain, forced vibration calculation is performed to design appropriate vibration damper. The following part describes the safety factor solution of crankshaft fatigue using FEM. The dissertation provides a useful comparison for versions with and without damper. Crankshaft and viscous type vibration damper drawings are also included as appendices.

Pětiválcový řadový vznětový motor s viskózním tlumičem / Five-cylinder in-line diesel engine with viscous type damper

Procházka, Miloslav January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this diploma work is to design moving parts of the five cylinder inline diesel engine with given parameters, then to balance centrifugal forces and moments and design viscous torsional vibrations damper and calculate forced oscilations without the damper as well as with the damper. The designed parts are put to stress analyse by finite elements method. My design is based on similar construction of four cylinder engine Zetor.

Volba a optimalizace řezných podmínek pro progresivní výrobní technologii zalomeného hřídele / Data selection and optimisation of cutting conditions for progressive production technology of the crank shaft

Sonberger, Vít January 2015 (has links)
This thesis is focused on proposal of production process of assembled crankshaft. It consists of choice of tools, data selection and optimisation for manufacture of individual components and for the assembly. In the assembly are also calculated important parameters for pressing components. Selected cutting conditions are experimentally verified.

Tříválcový řadový vznětový motor s excentrickým klikovým mechanismem pro užitková vozidla / Three-cylinder inline diesel engine with an eccentric crank for commercial vehicles

Domský, Viktor January 2015 (has links)
The goal is to investigate the influence of eccentricity on the force between the piston and the cylinder liner and the influence on balancing of the crank mechanism. For a selected eccentricity suggest a balancing method and perform stress analysis of crankshaft considering torsional vibration. Eccentricity is chosen by the ratio of centric and eccentric mechanism of friction work. The paper shows the effect of eccentricity on the selected kinematics values. Stress analysis is done in the software ANSYS. Using selected eccentricity the friction work was reduced by 10 %.

Čtyřválcový zážehový motor s excentrickým klikovým mechanismem pro osobní vozidla / Four-cylinder petrol engine with eccentric crank mechanism for passenger vehicles

Mlčoch, Pavel January 2015 (has links)
This Diploma Thesis is aimed at exploring the potential of offset crankshaft mechanism for four cylinder inline petrol engine in terms of reducing the frictional losses of the piston group. Thesis deals with the influence of eccentricity on kinematics, dynamics and balance of the crank train. Furthermore, specific crankshaft balancing is elaborated and applied on 3D CAD model of the crankshaft. Calculation of fatigue safety factor using the advanced LSA method that takes into consideration the effect of forced torsional vibration and utilizes outputs from the FEA software (ANSYS APDL) is performed as well. Thesis also includes design of two options of rubber torsion damper mounted on the engine belt pulley and the follow-up choosing of the more advisable one.

Čtyřválcový řadový vznětový motor s excentrickým klikovým mechanismem pro užitková vozidla / Four-cylinder in-line diesel engine with an eccentric crank for commercial vehicles

Ducheček, Martin January 2015 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the influence of eccentricity of crank mechanism to the force between the piston and the cylinder liner for appointed crank mechanism. Furthermore the influence of eccentricity to balancing crankshaft is verified and for selected value of eccentricity is realized balance. For the construction check was realized stress analysis of crank mechanism included torsion vibration.
