Faced with this gap, the present study analyzes the transferability of monetized digital profiles of deceased individuals. Thus, the present study is dedicated to investigating the interpretative parameters for the causa mortis transfer of these profiles considering the dual nature of these assets on the following platforms - YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
