The master’s thesis is focused on the draft of a financial plan for a real company for four future periods. The first part of thesis is dealing with theoretical aspects, which are necessary to know for setting up a financial plan. This part is followed by a practical part, which includes presentation of the company, its contemporary state’s and its business environment’s analysis. In the end financial plan is proposed in two variants.

The master’s thesis focuses on preparing a proposal of a financial plan for selected company for years 2017 - 2019. The first part of the thesis is the strategic analysis, followed by the financial analysis. Then a change will be proposed based on the result of the analysis. After that two versions of financial plan will be proposed for the projected period of 2017 - 2019. The evaluation of the proposed financial plan will be the final step.

Master’s thesis is focused on draft of a corporate financial plan for agricultural cooperative Sněžné. Financial plan is created for period 2020 to 2023. In the first part, a literary research is performed theoretical knowledge related to financial planning, financial and strategic analysis. In the next part, the agricultural cooperative is introduced and analyzed on the basis of individual methods of strategic and financial analysis. The summary of these analyzes is performed by SWOT analysis. In the last part of this master‘s thesis, a financial plan is created in an optimistic and pessimistic variant with 4 years outlook. In the end, the financial plan is one more analyzed and assessmented.
