The subject of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of the company HBH Projekt spol. s.r.o., using the Balanced Scorecard method. In the first section, I will explain the theoretical knowledge components and provide a definition for some of the basic concepts related to management strategy, financial analysis, and performance indicators. The second section is an analysis and evaluation of the recent performance of HBH Projekt spol. s.r.o.. This second section will focus on both financial and non-financial measurements. The findings of these analyses serve as the basis for the third section, which is a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method for the company. In this section, the four perspectives are assigned to the strategic goals of the company, benchmarks are set, and strategic metrics are defined to help achieve the set goals of improving the company's performance.

This master’s thesis considers a financial strategy of a company by means of financial indices analysis. On the basis of properly chosen methods and their interpretation the work evaluates a financial health of the company, tries to identify weak points that should be lead up to possible problems in the future and to identify strong points that the company should built on. Financial analysis evaluates past, present and expected future of the company financial economy. It contains proposals and measures that help to eliminate or to maximally reduce negative events and lead up to an improvement of the company financial situation.

The aim of this master’s thesis is focus to assess the effectiveness and prosperity of a selected company using the method of financial analysis. Based on the financial analysis, the measures were suggested that will help improve the financial situation of the company.

This master`s thesis assess the financial health of the company in 2004-2007 with using suitable methods of the financial analysis. It also suggests convenient proposals for strengthen financial situation of the company.

The master’s thesis analyses financial health of the company Veletrhy Brno, a. s. in the years 2005 to 2008 at the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. It comprises proposal of possible of identified problem which should result in the improvement of financial situation of the company.

The principal theme of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of a financial situation in the building company Subterra a.s. within the period of years 2006 and 2008. After an introductive description of the company and approximation to the problematic, the fundamental financial analysis is realized by using different elementary methods. Based on the proven indicators, the complete interpretation of the results and possible solutions and proposal to its improvement are provided.

The diploma work focuses on evaluation of financial situation of REDA a.s. (Inc.) company in years 2006 – 2008. There will be a financial analysis implemented, based on theoretical findings which will help us to create the evaluation of the company. Then I suggest recommendations which should have a positive influence on the economical aspect of the company based on the results of this financial analysis.

The Diploma thesis are focused on evaluation of financial situation of company by methods of financial analyse. There will be analysed by system of ratios. The areas, where the system of ratios will presume problems, there will be focused analyse based on absolute, ratio and diference indexes. Along developed reality will be made scheme of solution.

This master´s thesis deals with an evaluation of financial situation in the company ModusLink Czech Republic s.r.o. using most suitable and modern methods. The theoretical part of the master´s thesis is focused on determination of financial analysis, the description of their methods and their comparision. On the based facts established by inquiry there is a conclusion of the thesis where are designed possibilities for management to improve the financial situation of the company.
