The purpose of the thesis is to analyse current documentation situaton and organization steps based on norms and other requirements for accreditation, suggested precaution and documentation to meet requirements and create quality manual to get accreditation.

The majority of organizations make their business processes explicit to improve them. Defining business processes manually and modeling them are two alternatives utilized for this purpose. Meanwhile, organizations have quality management systems which are frequently shaped by frameworks. The most commonly used process improvement frameworks in the IT sector are ITIL, Cobit, CMMI and ISO 9001. These frameworks indicate the necessity of process documentation and ISO 9001 addresses the name &ldquo / Quality Manual&rdquo / for this purpose. In this thesis, an automated tool is developed for quality manual generation from predetermined business process models. In addition, a case study is performed by means of a systematic approach and its results were discussed with the findings of structured interviews. The aim of the study is to reduce the effort and time required for quality manual preparation and merge quality management activities with process modeling by means of process documentation.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of accreditation of a diagnostic laboratory. It analyses theoretical knowledge in the field of accreditation, accreditation agency and its history. It contains a list and sample of documents required for accreditation and a description of the process. Part of the work is also a description of the requirements arising from the standard ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17025. The work briefly introduces the company whose laboratory is to be accredited. The following are the technologies the company uses and wants to accredit. The main part of this diploma thesis is the Quality manual, which was created with all needed attachments. This Quality manual is the most significant document, which is necessary for the process of accreditation.

In conformity with the ISO standards, a quality manual is elaborated for accredited laboratories working in the sphere of the Czech Ministry of Health. This manual also contains standard operational procedures (SOP) for particular methods used in these laboratories.

This thesis has a theoretical character. The first part consists of quality manual for a small fictive laboratory concerned with environmental analysis and collection of soil samples. Quality manual is made in accordance with ISO 17025. In second practical part of thesis the Standard operating procedures are designed for specific environmental analysis. These analyses are performed within the frame of subject Practice of Environmental analysis. Standard operating procedures will be virtually used in the university laboratory of environmental analysis.

The thesis is focused on defining the quality and environmental management system and its applications, as it is required by ISO standards. Document management system for a specific Slovak corporation was elaborated according to current standards. In accordance with STN EN ISO 9001, the quality manual and politics were prepared. In accordance with STN EN ISO 14001, manual and politics of environmental management were elaborated.

This thesis is dedicated to creating quality manual for a small company. The manual describes quality management system, which is being developed in accordance with ISO 9001. This manual provides information about processes present in the company and also provides information on how are these processes managed and evaluated.

The aim of my graduation these is implementation of quality management system according to standard ISO 9001:2009 in company LEDA Slovakia spol. s r.o. At the beginning I attend to importance of quality and its control. Next parts acquaint reader with particular chapters of standard, with their interpretations and fullfilment of all requirements. Fundamental part is practical implementation in real company. Established documentation includes Quality manual, documented procedures required by the standard and other documents determined by the organization to be neccessary.

This diploma paper is focused on developing the quality manual ISO 9000 and 14000. It is created for a particular workplace protection of the population, but also in a way that it can be applied to any departing unit of the Fire and Rescue Service. Herein it is processed a management system built for the platoon of central fire station in accordance with standard ČSN EN ISO 9001.

In this thesis I'm focusing on current world trends in the field of quality management in industrial production and services. Further I'm applying introduction of ISO standards in a concrete building company and I'm evaluating its efficiency. The thesis also offers a "manual" for introduction of ISO standards.
