Through analyzing RR (relationship revenue) and RC (relationship cost), the report gets the strategies or tactics for the profitability in customer relationship base (CRP - customer relationship profitability).Relationship is the basis for the customer between the retail banking. The stable and sound long-term relationship makes retail banking profit RR (relationship revenue) from it. And in the same time to maintain and enhance customers‘ relationship will incur RC (relationship cost). Certain of RC (relationship cost) it is compulsory if the banks try to get RR (relationship revenue) from customer relationship. The point is to find out the strategies which will make retail banking can benefit its CRP (customer relationship profitability) and still serve their customers effectively and efficiently by their limited resource simultaneously.</p>
