Other chapter contains the work of financial analysis and its aim is to assess the financial health of the company. Other part is prediction of generators and preparing the financial plan. Valuation itself was performed using the DCF Entity method and a market comparison approach.

The diploma Thesis is aimed to the application of strategy planning cycle for the small and medium enterprise operating in the waste management industry. The main goals of the Thesis were the internal and external analysis of the company. Considering the results to propose and evaluate some strategic options for the further development of the company and make an appropriate recommendation to the management. According to the results of the analysis the competitive advantage of the company is its specific know-how and the strong work team. The two proposed strategy variants are based on the gained data of the analysis. The first option of the company development is focused on the improvement of its processes and the company as a whole. The second strategy variant is aimed to the development of services provided. After the assessment of the variants from the three points of view: suitability, acceptability and feasibility, only the first variant seemed to be acceptable. Eventually the first option was recommended to the management of the company.

At first, a strategic analysis of the company was performed resulting in the sales forecast, and a financial analysis assessing the financial condition of the company. Based on the results of strategic and financial analyses going-concern assumption was assumed to be justified. Then, an analysis and projection of value generators was carried out and a financial plan was created. Valuation itself was performed using the DCF Equity method and a market comparison approach, in particular the Guideline Public Company method.

The market for large commercial aircraft is in turn dominated by the duopoly of Airbus SAS, a division of EADS, and Boeing Commercial Airplanes, a division of The Boeing Company. My Aim is to describe the current strategic and financial situation of the two largest companies in the aerospace industry with a particular focus on the divisions supplying Large Commercial Aircraft. I describe the production of civil airliners in the whole context of the current global economic situation and the future of aviation. Strategic analysis using methods like PESTLE analysis, PORTER 5F and SWOT focuses mainly on the analysis of macro environment in relation to the companies and aviation business as it is the main driver of aviation expansion. The success of business strategies of both companies will influence the air traffic in the future, determine its nature, quality and availability for customers. Strategic analysis of the intense mutual competition will summarize the main company strategies and their current financial situation. Air traffic development is closely connected to the subject and is also analyzed.
