Vliv přesného setí na kvalitu založení porostu a výnos ozimé pšenice

The Master thesis contains literary review and practical evaluation of the field research by two technologies of seeding. The first part of the literary review describes seeding of the wheat. Next part mentions the issues density and the competitiveness of the crop stand. Following chapters describes the seeding to the line and the precision seeding. Next chapter describes equipment for the precision drilling. Practical part of the thesis describes the research started 2014 in the school research station in Žabčice. In the research were used the varieties of the winter wheat Bohemia and Tobac. They were drilled by the pneumatic seeding-machine and by the seeding-machine prototype Farmet for the precision drilling of cereal. In the research was also evaluated the influence of the seed quantity, seeded in 4 variations from 1 up to 4 million grains for hectare.

The theme of this thesis is the engineering design of the automaton for the ceramic moulds production for the shell casting technology. In the first part of the thesis I occupy with the design of the mechanical part of the machine including the kinematic, dynamic and strength calculations of the chosen engineering compositions and components. In the next part of the thesis I design the control part of the machine.

Shim will be made of the S460MC steel and the expected production series is 800 000 pieces per year. This quantity, demanded quality and accuracy of blank are the main reasons for application of fineblanking technology process with pressure edge. The blank will be making by triple–action press produced by Feintool, marked HFAplus4500LT. This press produces two blanks per one action.

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of using numerical simulation in investment casting technology. The first chapter of practical part deals with the use of simulations in the design of gating system for the shape-complex casting. At the same time, the practical part verified the accuracy of the simulation by test castings on which the X- ray inspection was performed. The results showed that the occurrence of internal defects predicted by simulation corresponded to the locations in the test casts. Next part of the thesis describes improvement of the use of liquid metal (so called “yield”) by numerical simulations. Two specific castings were chosen to perform simulation of current and newly designed variant of the gating system.

Diploma thesis contains introduction into shell drying, its monitoring and influence on shell properties. The thesis works with the Cyclone machine described further. The shell drying process in the machine and experiments are carried out broadening understanding of functions and parameters of rapid drying process. Experiments comparing courses of drying under respective settings of Cyclone and under common drying in air-conditioned room are carried out. Also mechanical properties of commonly dried shells and shells made by the Cyclone machines are compared. The positive effect of the machine on the ultimate strenght of dried shells and positive effect on the drying speed has been confirmed.

The diploma thesis deals with the design and production of an aluminum injection mold for investment casting. The work briefly describes the technology of investment casting together with a description of the types of molds, their internal arrangement and the most commonly used materials. Another part of the work is devoted to the analysis of aluminum molds machining. Emphasis was placed mainly on those operations, that will be used in production of mold. The practical part describes in detail the process of designing the model and mold, as well as the process of designing production technology. The construction is performed using the program SolidWorks, production technology using the program SolidCam. At the end of the work, the mold is assembled and the functionality of the mold is verified by means of test injection and economic evaluation is made.

Návrh manipulátoru vzorku pro CCHM mikroskop / Design of manipulator of the sample for CCHM microscope

In the Laboratory of the Experimental Biophotonics at Brno University of Technology, a new generation of the Coherence-Controlled Holographic Microscope (CCHM) is being developed. Because of the automation of certain microscope procedures, a fully motorized three axis computer controlled manipulator of the sample is to be employed. A fast and accurate lateral positioning in a range of several centimeters is required. For the focusing capability, very precise positioning in the optical axes is required as well. Initially, the basics of microscope manipulator design are presented. Then, commercially available solutions are introduced and compared with special focus on its possible implementation in the new generation of CCHM. However, due to the specific design of the new CCHM, available manipulators are not suitable. Therefore, a new optimized manipulator design is introduced in the second part of the thesis. A selection of its appropriate elements, especially actuators, is based on a review. For the new manipulator design, a technical documentation was made and a testing software was developed. A crucial part of the manipulator was assembled and tested.
