Technologie rychlého prototypování za použití metody FDM a současně technologie vytavitelného modelu / RP technology using FDM method and investment casting technology

Smrčka, Václav January 2008 (has links)
Determining accuracy of wax patterns is an important in wide implementing rapid prototyping methods in investment casting. This experiment is comparing wax pattern accuracy produced in classical metal die and silicone mould. It has been found out, that wax patterns produced by the silicone mould are ounly about one or two accuracy steps worse then wax patterns produced by classical metal die.

Rozměrová přesnost odlitků ze slitin Al vyráběných metodou vytavitelného modelu / Dimensional accuracy of Al castings manufactured by lost wax process

Kučera, Tomáš January 2008 (has links)
The aim of my diploma thesis was to find the possibilities of reaching the dimensional tolerance in the individual phases of casting by the investment casting process. The accuracy of the selected wax patterns and castings were measured by a caliper. At first the selected dimensions of the wax models were measured right after taking them out of the mold and then they were measured during seven days. The castings were measured after pouring. The obtained figures were statistically evaluated. The results show that the large-scale and thick-wall wax model should be coated after seven days of stabilization because the dimensions of the wax model are not stable.

Výroba součásti "Táhlo zadní". / Production single parts "Pull rear".

Tománek, Jiří January 2009 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose a production technology of a given part based on technological and economic factors. At first it is found, if the part is producible by fineblanking. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is concerned with the description of the conventional sheet metal cutting theory, fineblanking theory and bending theory. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, four variants of cut-in plan are dealt with including the selection of the optimal one based on technological and economic calculations. It is the production of a PULL REAR iron made of the steel sheet 11 320.21, thickness of 3 mm and a production run of 75 000 pieces per year.

Výroba bočnice kladky technologií přesného stříhání / The manufacturing of pulley cheek by technology of fineblanking process

Robotka, Tomáš January 2009 (has links)
The Master´s thesis is elaborated within the framework of graduate´s study by institute of The Engineering technology and composed the technology of fineblanking process. The required component is made by stainless steel 17 240. The technological and constructional proportions were designed and calculated for required technology. The tool cuts out for one stroke one component, and is designed for mechanical three-active press MFA 1600 made by Feintool. The material’s strip of the scroll is situated in single sided rewinders QOPJ 160/650, and managed through leveling machines QRVP 160 into tools. The total force of press is 1600 kN. The main functional parts tools are made by steel 19 436, 19 437.

Návrh výroby součásti polohovacího mechanismu / Design of manufacturing technology for trackpoint part

Garguláková, Lucie January 2009 (has links)
The disertation is focused to the technology of fineblanking. It is concerned to a production of part, which will be used as a mechanism for changing the position of seats in cars. The expected production series is 800.000 pieces per year. With reference to the quantity and demanded quality and also accuracy of blank is choosed precisely technology of fineblanking process with pressure edge. The part will be produced on triple-action press produced by Feintool AG Lyss. It is press GKP – F 160 with mechanical-hydraulic drive. This press and specialy create blanking tool produces two blanks per one action.

Využití technologie RP a přesného lití pro odlitky v oblasti lékařství / Using of RP techniques and lost wax technology for medical castings

Pavelka, Tomáš January 2009 (has links)
The goal of the diploma thesis is to verify the possibilities of obtaining the casting of the femur component of the customized knee replacement using the technology of Rapid Prototyping and investment casting. To get the wax pattern it is used the method of fabrication the silicon rubber mould. Its optimalization from the wax pattern quality, economy of production and cooling speed aspects is important parameter at repeated production of the wax patterns.

Optimalizace technologie výroby Al odlitku litého metodou vytavitelného modelu / Optimizing the technology of Al casting manufactured by the "lost wax process"

Mikulka, Vít January 2010 (has links)
This diploma theses deals with possibilities of using numerical simulation for optimizing production of highly demanding thin-section casting produced by investment casting process. The casting made of aluminium alloy in which the manufacturing process was very problematic (occurrence of macro and micro shrinkages) has been chosen. By numerical simulation the existing technology has been analysed and based on this the possible reasons for defects found. This was later confirmed also by metallographic examinations. Following to this several options for a new technology were proposed and again by simulation checked their suitability. By comparing all above mentioned options two versions have been chosen in the end which was later tested in production with satisfactory results.

Využití CAD/CAM technologie pro výrobu formy čerpadlového kola / Utilization of CAD/CAM technology for the casting mould manufacturing of an impeller wheel

Kafka, Lukáš January 2010 (has links)
The master thesis deals with design for casting mould of an impeller wheel for investment casting lost wax and machining technology with utilization CAD software SolidWorks 2008 and CAM software PowerMill 9. Subsequent verification of machining on vertical machining center MCV 1210. At the end, techno-economic evaluation is done.

Návrh technologie výroby součásti "Řetězové kolo" / Project technology of production components "Sprocket - wheel"

Haluška, Ladislav January 2010 (has links)
The main aim of this thesis is proposing of acceptable technology with manufacture for a part of chain sprocket of the material 11 500, which is designated for a small light motorcycle with a cubature at most 50 cm. It is the prototype, now. The work is specialized on a technology of precision cutting with a pressure edge, at first. This is use for a technology. The component of this work is needed the literary study, calculating and drawing documentation and technical – economic valuation. Et the end of this work, you can see all attachments and all sources, which I used for this work.

Optimalizace skořepinové formy při výrobě odlitků ze slitin Al metodou vytavitelného modelu / Optimized ceramic shell for manufacturing of aluminium castings by using lost wax technology

Mazůrek, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of optimization of ceramic shell molds in the method of investment casting. In the first part is mentioned a complete technological process of the method with focusing on production and quality control of the ceramic shell and components, from which it is produced. The experimental part is divided into two parts, in the first are results of laboratory tests, which were tested both the current ceramic shell and shells which have been considered as a possible replacement. In the second section were verified conclusions of the experimental findings and recommendations of the laboratory results in pilot plant conditions.
