ContribuiÃÃo ao conhecimento quÃmico de Calliandra mucugeana e Calliandra sessilis / Contribution to chemical knowledge and mucugeana Calliandra Calliandra sessilis

CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / FundaÃÃo Cearense de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Cientifico e TecnolÃgico / Este trabalho descreve a investigaÃÃo quÃmica das espÃcies Calliandra sessilis e Calliandra mucungeana (Fabaceae). A ProspecÃÃo quÃmica dos extratos das raÃzes das respectivas espÃcies permitiu o isolamento e caracterizaÃÃo de esteroides, diterpenos e Ãsteres graxos. Do extrato hexÃnico foram isolados a mistura ternÃrias dos esteroides, β-sitosterol, espinasterol e estigmasterol, o triterpeno pentacÃclico lupeol, alÃm de um diterpeno de esqueleto cassano 2,12-dioxo-3-hidrÃxi-15,17-epÃxi-cassa-13(15),14(17)-dieno. Do extrato etanÃlico foram isolados uma mistura binÃria dos Ãsteres tetracosanodioato de bis-(2,3-diidroxipropila) e docosanodioato de bis-(2,3-diidroxipropila) e ainda, a mistura dos esteroides glicosilados, β-sitosterol, espinasterol e estigmasterol. Na determinaÃÃo estrutural dos compostos isolados, utilizou-se tÃcnicas espectomÃtricas como: infravermelho (IV), espectrometria de massas (EM-IES) e ressonÃncia magnÃtica nuclear de hidrogÃnio (RMN 1H) e carbono-13 (RMN 13C), incluindo tÃcnicas bidimensionais (COSY, HSQC e HMBC ) alÃm de comparaÃÃo com dados descritos na literatura / This work describes the chemical investigation of Calliandra sessilis and Calliandra mucungeana (Fabaceae). The Chemical prospection of the root extracts of the two species resulted in the isolation and characterization of steroids, diterpenes and fatty esters. From the hexane extract were isolated a ternary mixture of the steroids β-sitosterol, espinasterol and estigmasterol, the pentacyclic triterpene lupeol, besides a diterpene of skeleton cassane, 2,12-dioxo-3- hydroxy-15,17-epoxy-cassa-13(15),14(17)-diene. From the ethanol extract were isolated a binary mixture of bis-(2,3-dihydroxypropil) tetracosanodioate and bis-(2,3- dihydroxypropil) docosanodioate, as well as, a glucosidal steroidal mixture constituted of β-sitosterol, espinasterol and estigmasterol. The structural determinations of isolated compounds were performed by spectrometric techniques, such as: infrared (IR), mass spectrometry (IES-MS) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) 13-carbon ( 13C NMR), including dimensional techniques (COSY, HSQC and HMBC), besides comparison with described data
