Diplomová práce ?Posouzení úrovně správy společnosti externím subjektem? se zabývá aktuálními metodami, které jsou používány pro tento účel a dále je využívá při aktualizaci konkrétní metody, kterou používá pojišťovna AIG CZECH REPUBLIC pojišťovna, a.s. (AIG). Jsou zde nejdříve sepsány podrobné informace o problematice správy společnosti, jejích hodnotách i dobré praxi. Dále se práce zabývá existujícími metodami posuzování úrovně správy společnosti a to jak v čistě teoretické rovině, tak i co se týče jejich aplikace. Jádrem práce je podrobná analýza metody AIG a navržení její aktualizace a doplnění.

BÍLKOVÁ, L. Factors of the living standard of households in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. This diploma thesis deals with selection the most important factors of the living standard of households in the Czech Republic, i.e. the selection of such factors of the living standard that have the greatest impact on Czech households. The living standard can be seen from two points of view. First, the living standard in the Czech Republic can be seen from the objective point of view -- we focus on evolution of GDP per capita, household's income and expenditures, unemployment, household's debt and poverty rates. Second, the living standard can be seen from the subjective point of view based on data provided by The Public Opinion Research Centre. In this case, we monitor changes in opinions of Czech citizens regarding the living standard and economic situation in the Czech Republic. Subjective opinions of Czech households are also used in the next part of this diploma thesis, especially in the questionnaire survey. Thanks to these data, using the Prin-cipal Component Analysis, the most important factors of the living standard of households in the Czech Republic can be identified.

A new multipurpose town house has been designed into a vacant lot on Křížová street in Brno. Currently, Staré Brno is a territory without a clear concept, with high traffic load, and fragmented and often unsatisfactory development. The project therefore assumes and takes into account urban adjustments in this locality; in particular it anticipates traffic reduction in close proximity of the building and also decrease in noise load. The given location has some special features – its vastness allows it to form a whole street front; it shapes and closes a block which has a long history, its position is exceptional considering its closeness to Mendel square. The proposed building helps shape the appearance of Křížová street into which it opens with an urban-shaping facade. On the other hand, it distances itself from the inside yard which is unusable due to its unsatisfactory technical and aesthetic state. The building thus bears, within its own capacity, all the functional and spatial variety that the relation to the inside yard could offer. The result is a self-sufficient urban balcony-type building with a parquet circle designated to business and higher floors to living. There are 35 smaller flats projected for living, intended esp. for young families, couples or singles. The project assumes that the tenants will lead active and social lives, so it offers flexible outdoor areas that are both covered and open, surfaces that are both green and cemented and spaces that are both private and common.

The aim of this work is to confirm and verify the national identity of a target group in relation to the consumption of cultural goods referring to the particular example of the National theatre. With the help of a qualitative research conducted through semi-structured personal interviews supplemented by elements of graphic projective techniques, this selected target group (young people from 16 to 35 years old) hereby represents a new meaning of patriotism and attitude towards the National theatre. The results are put into context together with the goal of my investigation and the theoretical bases.

The thesis describes the development of selected wage indicators in regions of the Czech Republic in the period 2002-2014 and predicts the future development of these indicators for the next three years. Subsequently thesis classifies individual regions into clusters based on similarity in terms of wage indicators and selected labour indicators and then compares these clusters within two years - 2002 and 2014. Foundations are taken from the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and Public database of Czech Statistical Office. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part and contains eight chapters. The theoretical part explains terms of remuneration of workers, describes the selected indicators, regions and used methods. In the practical part is applied time series analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results of the analyses are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.

Sturgeons (Chondrostei: Acipenseriformes) display markedly disjunct distributions with a wide occurrence in the northern hemisphere. Their unique benthic specializations, conserved morphology, evolutionary age, the variation in their basic diadromous life history, and the large public interest due to their near extinction or critically endangered status make sturgeons and paddlefishes one of the most interesting group of vertebrates. In addition to that, ploidy diversity of Acipenseriformes possessing three ploidy groups having ~ 120 chromosomes, ~ 240 ? 270 chromosomes and ~ 360 chromosomes provides unique model for investigation of evolutionary processes which were going through the genome duplication events. Sturgeons are also notoriously known for their strong propensity to interspecific and intergeneric hybridization which can result in hybrids with various ploidy levels. All these facts make sturgeon genetics and cytogenetics a thriving but also complicated area for research. In the present work, the role of genome duplication and functional reduction evens in evolution of sturgeon species as well as sturgeons? ploidy levels and ploidy relationships among Acipenseriformes were investigated using molecular markers. In addition to that, clarification of origin of abnormal ploidy levels and observation of segregation pattern of microsatellite alleles in the course of hybridization of polyploid sturgeon species were included into this study. With regard to the all considerations and observations provided by this study we concluded that evolution of sturgeon species is still widely dynamic and ongoing process which might goes through the allopolyplodization as well as autopolyplidization events.

6 ABSTRACT The diploma thesis examines the leadership of the principals from three primary schools. The thesis is an inspirational attempt to transfer the concept of the business sphere to a specific segment of management education. Jim Collins's five-year study, Good to Great (Collins 2001), unveiled crucial factors in transforming a business from "good to great". This study is the inspiration for adapting the 5th Level Leader Concept to the environment of three selected schools, focusing on their principals who managed to get their "schools" out of mediocrity. The theoretical part is divided into three basic chapters, which are dedicated to leadership, school management specifics, and to Collins's study with the focus on the 5th level leader concept. The summary of the findings from the reference literature in the theoretical part is the basis for the practical part, which examines the principals of three schools in six attributes according to Collins's study. The aim of this thesis is to assess whether the personalities of the selected principals correspond to the 5th level leader concept, which are specific, characteristic, inborn characteristics and abilities that are independent of practice, education, training, and specific knowledge. Analyzuje současnou situaci a výchozí informace pro přípravu monitorovacích a vyhodnocovacích aktivit. Identifikuje nedostatky v procesu monitorování a hodnocení sociálních služeb, doporučuje vhodná řešení jak tento proces zefektivnit.
