The aim of this diploma thesis is the research of building polygons for the testing of autonomous vehicles, from the point of view of road technology and also designing aspects. In the thesis are mentioned 9 most important world test polygons and their description of design parameters. There are described particular stages of automation from foreign organizations which are concerned with research and development in the automotive industry. In addition, there are described basic advanced driver assistance systems and connectivity between vehicles and infrastructure. Conclusion also contains the assessment of existing aerodrome test areas for autonomous vehicles.

This master’s thesis deals with establishment of parameters of the PPI filter material using methods of image analysis. The first part is aimed at general methods used in practice, an overview of splitting into filter clasification and characterization of the PPI filter material. The second part represents an introduction to problems of machine vision. There are outlined basic methods of image processing. Last parts of the thesis study the method using detection of bright light levels. The measurement and interpretation of results is performed with the PPI material - types 10/6 and 10/12. For image processing is used the MATLAB program, version 7.0.1.

Master Thesis deals with the Corporate Social Responsibility concept (CSR). This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is engaged in explaining basic knowledge, also evolution of the corporate social responsibility concept in historical context and company activities in the economic, environmental and social area. The object of practical part, is to analyse and measure reports on corporate social responsibility according to the GRI Guidelines.

The thesis deals a project documentation of Crematorium with Ceremonial Hall in Kuřim. The building is located close to the existing cemetery on the outskirts of the city. The object is designed as a detached building, in the middle of building parcel. The proposal is conceived as a modern single-storey (partly two-storey) building divided into several sub-sections with different height levels of the roof and the Ceremonial Hall exceeds the height of the entire object.

Abstract Over the last few years two learner corpora of authentic texts of non-native speakers of Czech have originated (MERLIN Corpus and CzeSL Corpus), giving linguists an important source of data for researching Czech as a foreign language. Ergo, for the first time it is possible to carry out the language analysis of non-native speakers of Czech using tools of corpus linguistics to formulate evidence-based research findings. The presented thesis uses that as well, focussing on the study and description of the use of connectors in the written text production of non-native speakers of Czech, being primarily based on evidence from the learner MERLIN Corpus, which as opposed to other corpora is characterized by linking written text production reliably to the proficiency levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), including the levels of A2-B2. Vladimír Hulík: Indikátory a benchmarky jako nástroj vzdělávací politiky EU 2 Abstract This Diploma Thesis focuses on the issue of indicators and benchmarks in the European education policy. Theoretical concepts linked with these questions are introduced in the first part - the theory of europeanization, open method of coordination, theory of benchmarking (especially focused on the public sector) and politics of indicators as a critical eye in this field. In the second part, the historical development of the European education policy is described and the growth of its importance during the last 20 years. Three iniciatives of the European education policy are identified in which the indicators and benchmarking methods are used. The last part aims to study mutual relations among indicators (for which the benchmarks are set) through the use of the correlation matrix (Pearson's correlation).

The aim of this thesis is to design the town hall for the city part Brno-sever. City Hall is situated in a newly designed urban structure, located at the place of barracks in Cerna Pole. The main motto of the work was to create a modern town hall, which will sustain its flexibility and openness on the foundation for the enduring values. This was achieved by dividing the functions in the basic group and respect them throughout the proposal.

The aim of this study is to determination of local diagnostic reference levels for radiodiagnostic examination in the General Teaching Hospital in Prague. Local diagnostic reference levels are used for an evaluation of radiation load which patients receive during medical examinations of specific parts of the human body. The evaluation can be on the level of a hospital and its department or on the level of concrete X-ray machine. The theoretical part describes a ionizing radiation, including its interaction with matter, creating, formation of radiodiagnostic image, legislation during optimization of radiodiagnostic examination, radiological protection and determination of values for radiation dose. The practical part describes the determination of local diagnostic reference levels with the help of entrance surface kerma and the median dose in the mammary gland. Both of these variables are relevant for determination of the risk of adverse effects of ionizing radiation which is applied during radiographic examination. One of the key processes of IS/IT service provider is Service Level Management. IT service provider faces a problem how the services should be defined, how a balanced service portfolio should be set up and how the processes covering the service management should be designed to meet strategic goals of the organization. The thesis focuses on IS/IT service portfolio design and management with a particular focus on infrastructure services. General goal of the thesis is to support IS/IT service provider's activities directly linked with service level management, IT financial management and IT service portfolio design. The thesis puts together theoretical sources in the area of IT Governance, generally accepted methodologies and best practices, actual market trends and author's experience. The theoretical part maps current development in the field of IS/IT service management, summarizes relevant theoretical inputs, categorizes IS/IT services, gives an overview of the most commonly used pricing models and presents actual IS/IT market trends, such as SaaS or Utility Computing. The application part, which follows the theoretical part of the thesis, is built upon fundaments of key findings and conclusions of the theoretical part. Application section introduces a method of service level management transformation and a business model suitable for IS/IT service provider. Furthermore a process of IS/IT service portfolio design is introduced. The process is supported by an analytical tool, which enables analysis of provider's financial and infrastructure data. The output of the analysis is a set of scenarios of IS/IT service portfolio including revenue, costs and utilization of resources and technologies. Academic benefit is seen not only in the consolidation of relevant theoretical sources dealing with IT service design and management. The thesis also introduces frameworks for optimization of service level management process and a concept of a IT service provider's business model. A practical contribution of the thesis is seen in a process of IT service portfolio design supported by an analytical tool for provider's real data processing, covering demand, capacity, utilization and financials.

There are analyzed key departments of bank in my thesis, which come in contact with clients and which partake of formation of their relation to the Citibank. This thesis targets the contact center CitiPhone, which serves personal entities of the bank. The theoretical cognizances from the first part of my thesis are applied to the conditions of this contact center in the practical part of it. The topic of my thesis is, on the example of contact center CitiPhone, to show activities, which contact center perform, to point out its critical parts and assess its current position. The assessment of activities of contact center CitiPhone is substantiated by graphs and results from period under consideration, which is first half of the year 2008.
