Thesis The energy saving and alternative energy sources in the family house is engaged in the design and energy analysis of the family house, the draft austerity measures that would reduce the costs of running the house (heating costs and the cost of electricity from the public grid) and the proposal of alternative sources energy, focusing on the photovoltaic system, thermal system for hot water and heat supply system based on biomass. The thesis calculated the cost of the austerity measures, the cost of photovoltaic and thermal system and the cost of heating source. The study also calculated the net present value of the investment, payback period, internal rate of investment and cost effective investment. In this thesis is calculated with grants from the state program Nová zelená úsporám 2015. The result of this thesis is reduce heat loss by 44.82 % reduction in annual heating costs and electricity costs by 39.42 % (a decrease of 22 388 CZK), determine the total investment cost in the amount of 566 070 CZK, determination of grant from state program Nová zelená úsporám 2015 amounting to 215 460 CZK, determine the payback period 20.05 years, determining the internal rate of 3.98 % and determination cost effective investment of 0.6058.

This thesis focuses on the implementation of maintenance processes and their subsequent optimization in healthcare facility. Based on internal observation, interviews with executives on sections and analysis of the current situation were designed optimal changes to improve the situation in the regional healthcare facility. Review of literature is a literature that relates to the theme of work, detailing the implementation of maintenance processes and their impacts on the effective action of the company. The analysis describes a specific company and the current situation in the field of maintenance processes, based on which, are proposed the recommendations and measures for the effective setting of these processes.

In theoretical part of my final thesis is described lean manufacturing with 5S method. The aim of the final thesis is described in practical part. The aim was analys times parts of operations which are needed for repairing date terminals and then lower this of needed times for repairing terminals. New structure at kanban was made on workplace and thanks of this was reached required to lower times. The difference between times before and after new structure is described in discussion in final thesis with proposed for another options to lower times.

The master´s thesis deals with influence of the insulation of the detached house on the costs associated with heating and the effect on the usual price of detached house. In the theoretical part of the thesis are given the basic concepts of heat, the topic of energy intensity of buildings, methods of thermal insulation, types of thermal insulation, the development of thermal properties of burnt brickwork and valuation. In the practical part there are designed variants of economy measures and there are calculations of heat losses of the current state and newly proposed variants. Then follows the energy savings assessment, payback period and the effect on the price of a usual detached house.

This thesis is going into matters of saving energy and more general cost reduction processing with preoccupation on pneumatic systems. In the research part are the abstracts of legislative and normative regulations. They relate to the sphere and an analysis of the possible causes of increased operating costs. The practical part of thesis is preoccupation on the analysis of the selected machine lines. Analysis spans monitoring and measuring the energy heftiness of pneumatic system and all of its related parts. Based on the results of the analysis, defined by the potential energy saving and proposed ways to minimize them, the amount of necessary investment capital and payback time can be calculated. Part of the conclusion of the thesis is evaluating proposed solutions and knowledge-based recommendations are formulated to reduction of energy heftiness of pneumatic systems.

The thesis is focused on consumption, which is the largest component of gross domestic product, as well as the most important macroeconomic indicator of economic performance. The theoretical part provides basic information on macroeconomic indicators (GDP, income, unemployment, inflation, interest rate) that affect consumption. Subsequently, the theory is discussed in two-sector model of consumption function, savings and benefits (cardinal and ordinal theory). The analytical part discusses selected macroeconomic indicators over time (GDP, interest rate, savings, wages), which are supplemented by a factor graph of growth or growth rate. Indicators are selected, such as the GDP and the minimum wage, and compared with the Federal Republic of Germany, the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. Indicator of savings is then compared with the savings EU27. Subsequently statistics of family account is being dealt with based on a defined consumer basket and individual consumptions are accompanied by a chart that reflects the structure of issuance in percentage and average household expenditure per person per year.

This Master’s thesis deals with the analysis problem during of electrical energy. On the basis of findings, the work includes analysis of the costs on electrical energy.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast reverzních aukčních systémů. Reverzní aukce přinášejí reálné a významné úspory v oblasti cen nakupovaného zboží a služeb, snižují transakční náklady, potlačují možnou korupci. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na definici samotné aukce, popisuje elektronické reverzní aukce a také multikriteriální reverzní aukce. Zabývá se vlivem české legislativy na oblast reverzních aukcí. Popisuje průběh a účastníky reverzní aukce, výhody a nevýhody reverzních aukčních systémů a způsoby plateb za jejich využívání. Zaměřuje se i na bezpečnostní rizika při provozování reverzních aukčních systémů. Na závěr přináší přehled dostupných reverzních aukčních systémů na českém trhu a částečně také v zahraničí. Praktickou část tvoří podnikatelský záměr, který popisuje vznik nového reverzního aukčního systému Profitus.

This thesis is conceived as a comprehensive document about energy utilization of waste in appropriate facilities. In the first part, the thesis deals with the issue of waste production and disposal with it. Subsequently, for the introduction to the topic of Waste to Energy, is chronologically described history of energy utilization of waste in Czech Republic and also the technology of facilities, where the combustion with subsequent utilization of energy occurs. Thesis likewise contains a list of currently operating WTE plants and information about future projects for their construction in the Czech Republic. As a crucial part, is considered the assessment of WTE plants, both in terms of the impact on saving fossil fuels, and in terms of potential impact on the environment. The conclusion brings economical evaluation, which is focused on the economic efficiency of investment into these facilities.
