The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a kindergarten in Moravany u Brna. The building is situated in a flat terrain. There will be designed a garden house behind the kindergarten. The building is basementless with two storeys, in part one storey. There are three operating units, unit with classes, economical unit and administration unit. Walls are designed from KM Beta Sendwix system, ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a flat roof.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a health care center in Brno. The building is located in Ivanovice/Brno. The building is ambulatory health care center with two doctor's offices for adult patients, one doctor's office for child patients and one dentist's clinic. Also, there is a pharmacy in the building. Reinforced concrete strip foundation and reinforced concrete basement peripheral walls are designed for the building. For above ground floors, ceramic masonry blocks are designed for structural load bearing frame. Green roof solution is chosen for the roof of the building.

The practical part contains material assessing of chosen elements of construction (beam, column,precast floor slab). It is also focused on localization of position and diameter of reinforcement. Last step is focused on quality of the concrete, particularly compressive strength and strenght class of concrete.

Documentation is procesed in level of detailed drawing design. In building is designated 16 separated office rooms with supportive facilities. The footprint of house is 510 m2. On flat roof is placed a green vegetation layer. As support construction is used reinforced concrete frame with two way slabs. The proposal places emphasis on the static solution, building layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Dawings have been processed in software for design – Graphisoft Archicad.

Supporting structures of the house are made of monolithic reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill of clay brick blocks THERM. The building is insulated contact insulation system EPS boards. The roofing is done using a timber truss. The house is based on the base plate. The project includes a seminar work assessing thermal technical and acoustic properties of structures.
