The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of investment and construction projects. In the second chapter, the methodological foundations are investigated and the concept of the formation of the infrastructure of suburban territories in the context of intensive urban development is proposed. The third chapter developed the concept of a project for the construction of the Sosnovy Bor business complex in the Chkalovsky district of the city of Yekaterinburg. / Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические основы инвестиционно-строительных проектов. Во второй главе исследованы методические основы и предложена концепция формирования инфраструктуры пригородных территорий в условиях интенсивного градостроительного развития. В третьей главе разработана концепция проекта по строительству бизнес-комплекса «Сосновый Бор» в Чкаловском районе г. Екатеринбурга.
