Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию современных тенденций рынка ипотечного кредитования в России. Предметом работы является исследование организации ипотечного жилищного кредитования в кредитных организациях РФ и применение международного опыта. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является изучение теоретических аспектов ипотечного жилищного кредитования, анализ рынка ипотечного жилищного кредитования Российской Федерации, выявление его основных проблем и предложение возможных путей их решения. / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of modern trends in the mortgage market in Russia. The subject of the work is the study of the organization of mortgage lending in credit institutions of the Russian Federation and the use of international experience. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to study the theoretical aspects of mortgage lending, the analysis of the mortgage lending market of the Russian Federation, the identification of its main problems and the proposal of possible solutions.
