Во второй главе проведен анализ финансового положения ПАО «Сбербанк», выявлены основные направления развития в области ипотечного жилищного кредитования. В третьей главе разработана программа лояльности «Своевременный платеж» для улучшения финансового состояния исследуемого объекта. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and applications. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of mortgage lending in the Russian Federation. The second chapter analyzes the financial situation of Sberbank, identifies the main directions of development in the field of housing mortgage lending.
