The work contains a theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature on the effectiveness of the implementation of youth social projects and programs in the organization, as well as the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of youth social projects and programs in the Open joint stock company "Russian Railways". Автор выявил проблемы, сделал выводы и разработал рекомендации по повышению эффективности реализации социальных проектов и программ в исследуемой организации.
