This master's thesis presents experimental work on the introduction of gaming technologies in the secondary vocational education system to increase the cognitive motivation of students to learn the Russian language and the formation of general and professional competencies in the framework of the standards of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education. The paper reveals the possibilities of using gaming technologies and presents examples of pedagogical games in Russian language lessons. The experience of the application of gaming technologies in the Russian language classes at GAPOU SO "Ural Railway College" is presented. / В данной магистерской диссертации представлена экспериментальная работа по внедрению игровых технологий в систему среднего профессионального образования для повышения познавательной мотивации студентов к изучению русского языка и формирования общих и профессиональных компетенций в рамках стандартов ФГОС СПО. В работе выявлены возможности использования игровых технологий и представлены примеры педагогических игр на уроках русского языка. Представлен опыт применения игровых технологий на занятиях по русскому языку в ГАПОУ СО «Уральский железнодорожный техникум».

The paper analyzes the potential and possibilities of mixed learning as a didactic means of implementing the transition to an integrated learning model involving information and educational environments and resources. The existing models of mixed learning are described, the aspects of effective use and integration of information and educational environments in the educational process of the College are identified. The structure of the information and educational environment of the SPO teacher and the content of methodological support for the implementation of mixed learning in the SPO system are presented. / В работе анализируется потенциал и возможности смешанного обучения как дидактического средства реализации перехода к интегрированной модели обучения с привлечением информационно-образовательных сред и ресурсов. Описаны существующие модели смешанного обучения, выявляются аспекты эффективного использования и интеграции информационно- образовательных сред в образовательном процессе колледжа. Представлена структура информационно-образовательной среды преподавателя СПО и содержание методического сопровождения реализации смешанного обучения в системе СПО.

This thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendix. The purpose of the work was the need to theoretically justify and practically confirm that the program of educational institution development of secondary vocational education is a mechanism for the implementation of state policy in the system of secondary vocational education. The first chapter describes the theoretical and legal basis of state policy in the field of secondary vocational education. The second chapter analyzes the system of legislation in the field of secondary vocational education and shows a three-level model of public administration for the secondary vocational education development. The third part of the work presents the program of educational institution development as a mechanism for the implementation of state policy in the system of secondary vocational education. The conceptual frame of the program of the professional educational organization development is based on the example of the State Budget Professional Educational Institution “Social Professional College "Builder". The development program of the State Budget Professional Educational Institution “Social Professional College "Builder" is developed in accordance with the state policy in the field of education in order to improve the system of training of construction personnel at the secondary vocational education level. The program is aimed at bringing together the interests of the college and the construction industry of the Sverdlovsk region. / Данная диссертация состоит введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложения. Целью диссертационной работы являлась необходимость теоретически обосновать и практически подтвердить, что Программа развития образовательного учреждения СПО является механизмом реализации государственной политики в системе среднего профессионального образования. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретико-правовые основы государственной политики в сфере среднего профессионального образования. Во второй главе проведен анализ системы законодательства в сфере среднего профессионального образования и показана трёхуровневая модель государственного управления развитием среднего профессионального образования. В третьей части работы представлена программа развития образовательного учреждения как механизм реализации государственной политики в системе среднего профессионального образования. Концептуальные основы программы развития профессиональной образовательной организации на примере ГБПОУ СО «Социально-профессиональный техникум «Строитель». Программа развития ГБПОУ СО «Социально-профессиональный техникум «Строитель» разработана в соответствии с государственной политикой в сфере образования в целях совершенствования системы подготовки строительных кадров со средним профессиональным образованием. Программа направлена на сближение интересов техникума и рынка строительной индустрии Свердловской области.
