В работе автором рассмотрены теоретические и методологические положения по вопросу формирования структуры денежного капитала компаний. Проведен анализ основных показателей деятельности АО «Уралэлектромедь», денежных потоков и структуры денежного капитала. На основе выявленных проблем автором предложены рекомендации по оптимизации структуры денежного капитала анализируемой компании. / In the work, the author considers theoretical and methodological provisions on the formation of the structure of the money capital of companies. The analysis of the main performance indicators of JSC “Uralelectromed”, cash flows, and cash capital structure. Based on the identified problems, the author offers recommendations for optimizing the money capital structure of the analyzed company.

Первая глава «Теоретические основы формирования банковского капитала» в общих чертах определяет проблему исследования и причины, по которым проводится данное исследование. Во второй главе «Анализ состава и структуры капитала банков Эквадора» дана финансово-экономическая характеристика деятельности Центрального банка Эквадора и оценка структуры капитала коммерческих банков Эквадора. В третьей главе «Оценить влияние пандемии на структуру капитала коммерческих банков Эквадора и разработать меры по устранению негативных последствий» проведен анализ негативных последствий развития пандемии COVID-19 и провести соответствующие мероприятия. Рекомендации по увеличению стоимости капитала банков Эквадора. / The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, recommendations and a list of references. Основной целью исследования является оценка влияния структуры капитала на финансовое состояние предприятия АО «Транснефть-Сибирь», а так же разработка мероприятий по оптимизации структуры капитала и улучшению финансового состояния предприятия на основе их анализа.
