The aim of this diploma thesis is to highlight in theoretical and practical level the possibilities and opportunities as well as risks and threats to enter the Chinese market for business or commercial enterprises. Framework of the first part - SWOT analysis of the Chinese market - was designed according to information provided by individual companies actually exporting to the Chinese market. This section is devoted to monetary and fiscal policy and analysis of consumer demand, the tax system in China, protection of intellectual property rights or the issue of corruption, bureaucracy and the Chinese state-owned enterprises. Subsequently there are examples of three companies - Skoda Power and Skoda Transportation and Skoda JS - operating for several years on the Chinese market. Each company chose different way of entering this market and the aim was to analyze these approaches in terms of financial and legislative expediency. The last part of the paper is devoted to vision and analysis of emerging perspective industries and energy.

The second chapter describes theoretical immigration and integration models and their application in the government integration conceptions. It also deals with attitudes of the czech political parties to this issues. The last part of the work is devoted to the SWOT analysis of immigration and integration in the Czech Republic.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the communications mix of The Coca-Cola Company and it is focusing on the brand Coca-Cola on the Czech market. The aim is to analyze current communication mix of brand Coca-Cola, reveal fundamental aspects that influence the communication mix and propose specific changes to the mix. Introductory part acquaints readers with the various communication tools, their advantages and disadvantages, the optimal structure of the communication mix and other theoretical information. This theoretical framework forms the basis for the understanding of marketing communications and this knowledge is connected with the brand Coca-Cola on the following pages. The main part is devoted to soft drinks market, trends and analysis. There are captured key factors influencing the structure of the communication mix. This information forms the basis for changes in the communications mix of brand Coca-Cola.

The aim of this work is to make SWOT analysis of social services in municipality Železný Brod, point out deficiencies in this area, possibilities for improvement or danger of future evolution. Conception of social services has wider sense in this work. Services, which nearly communicate with social services, are included as well. Because of demographic analysis of the region, which is taken over from Medium-term plan of development of social services in The Liberec Region, SWOT analysis has three main target groups of inhabitants -- seniors, unemployment people and families with children at the pre-school age. There is used information from providers of social services as well as from inhabitants of municipality through interviews. The aim of this work is not only aggregate SWOT analysis. Outcome is also to find out, which area of social services could private sector (profit or non-profit) operate in.

This thesis deals with the marketing strategy of a company F AIR spol. s r. o.,which is the first flying school in the Czech Republic and has its main domicile at the Benešov airport. The objective of the thesis is to analyse the marketing strategy and the marketing environment of the company, and to propose feasible changes of the contemporary strategy. In order to achieve this objective, I have applied several subanalyses and my own marketing research. The accumulated figures are evaluated in the final SWOT analysis. I introduce several changes based on these figures, which could be conductive to the increase of the company's turnover and to the improvment of its customer's satisfaction. I also present a communication campaign to one of the marketing objectvies.

This Diploma work is supposed to bring important information concerning the principles of outsourcing of taxable, accountant and wage services. The theoretical - methodical part is specialized on the explanation of the word "outsourcing", its principal, form and historical development. The problematic of advantages and disadvantages is being solved as well as the risks connected. The reasons for realization of outsourcing are being described and also the phases of development of outsourcing project and the mistakes during the implementation are being explained. A definition of outsourcing contract and its main belongings is also a part of this work. There was a concrete outsourcing agency - Auditmax,s.r.o., handling accounting, taxes and wages of external companies, chosen in the practical part. There is an analysis of present state of the agency, an identification of insufficiency and a suggestion of their removal using newly created procedures that would contribute to more efficient provision outsourcing services. The result is a complex of advises and measures that might be used by and outsourcing agency for further development.

This diploma thesis deals with complex economic analysis of J.J. Darboven s.r.o. since 2005 to 2010, also with forecast of future development, detection of strong and weak sites of company and identification of threats and opportunities, which can affect the company. To reach this goal there are used methods of economical analysis, especially PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and methods of financial analysis, for example horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of financial ratios, analysis of net working capital, bankruptcy and financial standing models, decomposition of peak indicators ROE and also comparison of financial indicators with competitor. The conclusion of the diploma thesis summarizes the most important facts and contains recommendations, which should improve efficiency of the company.

Name: Radegast Index Marketing Strategy Objectives: This diploma thesis deals with the research of the Radegast Index project, which is for the fifth year official statistics of the highest Czech ice hockey competition. The work was complemented by expert studies on the subject. The main task of the work was to find out the awareness of the Radegast Index project and the association of Radegast with hockey at all. Then design the strategic solutions resulting from the results of questionnaires, interviews and SWOT analysis and can serve to improve the project itself. Methods: The research of the Radegast Index project and the association of Radegast with hockey was conducted using a questionnaire. Another important part of the research was the interview with the Radegast brewery brand specialist and the SWOT analysis of the project. Results: As a result, I will propose Marketing Strategies that will raise awareness of the connection between Radegast and the ice hockes as well as the Radegast Index.
