The master's thesis is focused on the valuation of the firm ADOR CZ s.r.o. to the 1st January 2019 by using income capitalization approach. Specifically the method disconted cash flow in variant entity. The thesis is dividet into three main parts. The theoretical part is focused on the basic terms and definition. The practical part includes strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part includes the analysis and prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and final valuation of the firm.

This thesis is focused on the valuation of the company MOL Česká republika, s.r.o. as at 1.1.2019 by using income-based valuation method, especially the method of discounted cash flow (entity approach).

The diploma thesis deals with estimation of the value of the company Crystalex CZ, s.r.o. using income capitalization approach, namely the method of discounted cash flow and economic value added. The theoretical part contains procedures related to the issue of determining the value of the company. The practical part of the work includes the implementation of strategic and financial analysis, analysis and prognosis of value drivers, the compilation of a financial plan and determination of the value by the method of discounted cash flow (entity approach).

The diploma thesis is focused on determining the value of the company HARTMANN - RICO a.s. as of 1 January 2020. The discounted cash flow method in the entity variant will be used to determine the value. The theoretical part contains a description of all analyzes and methods that are used in the analytical part. The practical part deals with the strategic analysis of the company, then the financial plan of the company, the determination of the cost of capital and the determination of the value of the company by the method of discounted cash flows.

The thesis assesses market value of company REHAU, s.r.o. The theoretical part discusses methods of valuation. The practical part of this thesis includes strategic, financial and SWOT analysis. The company is valuated by discounted cash flow valuation method. In conclusion statement of value as at 31.12.2008 is reported.

This thesis assesses market value of company Mont Karviná a.s. by using income-based valuation method. The first part of this thesis includes strategic, financial and SWOT analysis. Afterwards particular valuation methods are applied. In conclusion statement of value as at 31.3.2009 is reported.

This master thesis deals with value estimation of company Jihomoravská plynárenská, a.s. using income-based valuation methods. The first part describes theoretical principles, fundametal approaches and business valuation methods. Afterwards strategic and financial analyses are performed. The proposal part includes value generators analysis and forecast, financial plan creation and business valuation by application of DCF method and capitalized past earnings method. In conclusion the estimation of value is stated to 1/1/2010.

The subject of this master’s thesis is estimation of company value. Theoretical part defines basic concepts such as value, categories of value, company, financial analysis and methods of valuation. The practical part deals with strategic analysis, financial analysis and estimation of real company market value by profit method of discounted cash flow.

This master‘s thesis deals with evaluation efficiency of the company XY. It analyses the company’s development in years 2007 – 2011 by the modern method of economic value added. Based on the recognized results I suggested measures for an improvement present situation of the company for several following years.
