本論文共一冊，約三萬字，擬分四章、十節。 本論文嘗試設立兩國開放經濟之最適成長模型，以為探討總體政策最適水準之決定問 題。全文擬分四章：首章為緒論，介紹基本概念及相關文獻；第二章設立新古典成長 模型，並包含開放經濟商品貿易之特性，並求其解；第三章說明體系參數與解之關係 ，並進一步分析當政策目標具有衝突時，最適政策水準之決定原則。末章為結論。
