近年來，由於我國企業趨向於龐大與複雜化，個人主觀的判斷常易導致錯誤的決策， 因而使用會計資訊於管理決策上的需求也日益殷切。本論文研究的目的乃欲瞭解我國 企業界使用管理會計技術的範圍，以及將其所產生的會計資訊運用於管理決策上的情 形，以得知會計人員在管理決策中所扮演的角色。 本論文約六萬字，共分五章： 第一章 為研究動機與目的、研究假設、研究方法 、研究範圍及限制。 第二章 企業決策與管理功能，包括：1.管理功能的分析；2.決策的概念、種類、程 序；3.決策程序與管理功能；4.會計人員在管理決策中所扮演的角色。 第三章 會計資訊與管理決策，包括：1.會計資訊的概念與標準；2.會計資訊與管理 決策的關係；3.運用會計資訊於特定管理決策上。 第四章 我國企業實證研究彙總分析，包括：1.我國企業經營環境的變遷；2.管理會 計技術的使用；3.運用會計資訊於管理決策之分析。 第五章 結論與建議。
