乾嘉時期清朝在北疆的經營(1759-1820)

本論文除緒論和結論外，共分為四章十二節。在緒論裡所論及的是有關本文的歷史背景、研究動機、研究方法和研究目的。第一章軍政體制的建立，探討清朝在北疆設置伊犁將軍、台站、卡倫、牧廠的動機，以及整個新疆防禦網形成的過程。第二章地方的行政體制，剖析的是有關清朝在北疆各地，依隨各民族的風俗習慣，設置札薩克制、州縣制、伯克制等行政的動機，及其過程。第三章屯墾政策的推展，是剖析清朝透過軍隊對當地土地開發的過程，而後發展民屯的一些因素探討，並對其屯墾方式轉移的過程，作進一步的探討。第四章經營政策的評估，在其內文裡面所探討的，是有關清朝在實施一連串軍政、行政和屯墾政策下，其對北疆以後的政治，經濟的影響。結論即綜述本文研究的成果及其意義。
