我國會計師再教育問題之研究

本研究共一冊，約五萬字，分八章。 第一章 「緒論」，分四節，分別為研究動機與研究目的、研究範圍、對象及樣本選 定、資料之蒐集與分析，及本研究之限制。 第二章 「再教育的範疇」，分三節，大致上述明專業能力之維護、會計師應具有的 專業學術及英美兩國的再教育重點。 第三章 「會計師專業界的再教育」，分三節，分別為專業的特質、專業界的再教育 、英美兩國實施之現況。 第四章 「再教育與專業變動的對抗」。分三節，為專業界的未來與變動、學術爆發 與專業之關係、管理顧問服務與再教育之關係。 第五章 「再教育課程之概述」，分三節，包括其課程之擬定、施行及評價。 第六章 「強制性再教育制度」，分三節，述其必要性、愛阿華模式、及其指引之演 變。 第七章 我國會計師再教育問題之概述」，利用問卷分析之。 第八章 「結論及建議」，利用前七章之敘述作一總結，並就現況提出建議。
