從動態能耐的觀點來探索創投業投後管理與可行投資模式的關係之研究

本文係應用動態能耐理論於探討創投公司在投後管理模式與其可行投資模式的關係，在研究期間方面，樣本選取是以創投公司進行個案研究與分析，探討在創投公司參與所介入持股的被投資公司之投後管理中，是否因此能強化創投公司與被投資公司所產生的動態能耐？進一步使得被投資公司能夠在其投後管理的參與過程中歸納出最佳的可行投資模式。本論文的研究重點如下： 1. 除了研究、整理與分析有關創投公司的投後管理與動態能耐的相關文獻之外，並儘可能建立一個理論模架構進行分析。 2. 利用個案研究或經驗研究設計，分析創投公司的投後管理等解釋變數，與其對被投資公司動態能耐的因果關係。 3. 提供產官學研各界的參考。 關鍵詞：創投公司、投後管理、動態能耐
