本研究旨在探討基層行政組織之戶政愛心志工團隊參與志願服務的經驗過程，並藉以瞭解志願服務者參與志願服務工作的價值與意義。本研究採質性研究方法，對戶政志工做深度訪談，訪談對象為長期參與戶政服務的愛心志工，探究其服務的經驗歷程，並瞭解參與志願服務工作所帶來的成長與收穫，並提出相關建議。
