第一章 緒論，共分三節，第一節說明本研究之動機與目的，第二節界定工作滿足 的意義，與本文調查對象之範圍，第三節建立研究架構，以為本文研究的指引。 第二章 工作滿足有關文獻之探討，共分三節，第一節說明工作滿足理論基礎，包 括學得需要理論、需要層次理論、激勵－保健理論、價待理論、公平理論。第二節 介紹工作滿足研究之發展與影響工作滿足之因素，並簡單介紹工作滿足的測量工具 與方法，第三節說明工作滿足與組織行為的關係。 第三章 本調查之研究設計，共分四節，第一節研穹變數之選擇，第二節研究假設 ，第三節研究問卷之設計，第四節資料的蒐集與分析方法。 第四章 調查樣本工作滿足之綜合分析，共分三節，第一節調查樣本的特性，第二 節調查樣本工作滿足之整體分析，第三節個人變數與工作滿足之分析。 第五章 調查樣本工作滿足各構面分析，共分七節，分別分析調查樣本七項構面的 滿足情形並以卡方檢定個人變數與每一構面的關係。 第六章 結論，共分二節，第一節研究發現，第二節提出改進建議。 #2810432
