我國行政機關中意見溝通之研究

本研究係對我國一般行政機關之內部意見溝通狀況予以文獻分析，並應用統計方法 進行調查研究，然後依據研究發現，提出若干改進建議，大要如次： 第一章 緒論共四節。敘述研究動機、研究途徑與方法以及溝通在現代管理上旳地 位。 第二章 共三節敘述溝通的概念，內容含溝通產生的背景，溝通的目的，正功能與 反功能、過程符號及媒介等。 第三章 分五節敘述溝通的類型以及各類型的特色。 第四章 共二節敘述我國行政機關意見溝通之現況、包含意見溝通庂方法及影響意 見溝通之因素。 第五章 則有二節係對我國行政機關之意見溝通狀況，予以調查分析。 第六章 結論共三節，分別提出研究發現與建議，並剖析溝通在未來管理所扮演的 角色以為結。 #2810431 #2810431
