一九七Ｏ年代布列頓森林體制崩潰後，浮動匯率普遍為工業先進國家所接。開發中國
家面對普遍性的浮動匯率，許多學者均認為這些國家採取釘住某一標準之匯率制度較
恰當。國內已有許多討論「有效匯率」的文獻，而其權數大多以貿易加權為標準。本
文所探討的，乃是最適通貨籃之選擇，亦即權數如何賦予的問題。全文計分四章，除
首章緒論外，第二章建立一總體模型，並求出不同政策目標時個別之權數；第三章分
析這些權數之性質，及抉擇的問題，末章作一結論。
