臺灣省第六屆省議員背景之研究

由於筆者係韓國在華留學生鑒於韓國依憲法而產生的地方自治，是在五、十六軍事革 命以來一直保留至今（實際上尚未實施）。因之，對於不亞於任何開發國國家的中華 民國台灣省的地方自治制度甚有興趣，將中華民台灣省之地方自治作為研究之對象， 以第六屆台灣省議員之背景，以及議員選舉之情況等作為研究範圍。全文約六萬字。 其內容為： 第一章 研究之動機、研究之範圍、研究之方法。 第二章 地方自治之意義。 第三章 台灣省議員選舉之沿革。 第四章 第六屆台灣省議員背景之分析。 第五章 結論。
